Booking conditions
Version July 2025

Upon booking, clients automatically agree to the booking conditions below, that are respectful of co-clients’ and my time.

Price per convo
$15 (including 0% VAT) unless the client is one of the first ten people that gets a free convo.

Payments
Prepayment is not required. An e-invoice will be sent after the convo. Accepted payment methods are PayPal for clients that are based outside Belgium, and bank transfer for Belgian clients.

Pre-convo
The client may send documents for review, if applicable, at least 2 business days prior to the convo.

Confirmation emails
Clients will receive an automated confirmation email of the scheduled convo, but no reminders. It's up to the clients to remember to mark their calendars.

Reschedules & cancellations
Reschedule and cancellation are free until 24 hours before the booked convo. If rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the booked convo, 100% of the convo price will be due.

Late arrivals & no shows
All clients get a 5-minute grace period. If a client joins within 5 minutes after the booked convo start time (with or without prior notice), the convo will take place anyway. If a client joins later than 5 minutes without prior notice, it will be treated as a no show and 100% of the convo price will be due.

Recurring events
In case of 3 recurring reschedules, cancellations and/or no shows, the client may be asked to pay in advance for a convo.

Unexpected situations can happen of course. If this is the case, clients are kindly requested to notify me via ellendepaemelaere@gmail.com as soon as possible when they cannot make it to a convo.

I want to provide the best possible service and appreciate the goodwill of clients to enable a smooth cooperation. Hopefully the application of these actions will stay limited.
