15-Minute Convos (15 MCs) ensures confidential processing of personal data that are (in)directly linked to a person and make him identifiable, in accordance with AVG/GDPR.
15 MCs’ processing
15 MCs usually processes the personal data ‘first name’, ‘last name’ and ‘email address’ in case of:
° contact via email for questions/information/support
° convo and gift card bookings/management/preparation/delivery
° filling in surveys about service improvement after the convo (if the client enters his full name)
° ‘free convo for the first ten’ contest
On top of these personal data, 15 MCs processes the financial identification data ‘bank account number’ and ‘client reference number’ for:
° management of financial transactions
The client will be informed about other activities.
The activities are kept in the register of data processing.
15 MCs does not track who visits the website.
If the client does not provide the (right) personal data, 15 MCs may end services.
Retention period & receivers
° personal data are transferred to government services, if the law requires it
° personal data are stored as long as there is (completion of) the service, whether or not with transfer to government services
On the 15 MCs website there are tools/links from organisations that have their own privacy disclaimer. 15 MCs is not responsible for the way they handle personal data and cannot be held liable for (in)direct damage through use of the website, convos or documents.
Client rights
Access
A client providing proof of identity has the right to view and/or ask a copy of the data that 15 MCs keeps/processes (as long as the rights of co-clients are respected).
Rectification
A client may ask 15 MCs to rectify incorrect/incomplete data.
Objection
A client may ask to no longer process his personal data, unless the processing is required by law.
Restriction
A client has the right to ask to restrict the processing of his personal data if:
° these still need to be rectified
° he needs them for court
Erasure
A client may ask to erase his personal data, unless the law requires to keep these data.
Erasure is possible if the personal data:
° no longer may be processed (because of consent withdrawal)
° are no longer needed for 15 MCs’ goals
° were obtained without consent
° were obtained when the client was a minor
° must be deleted by law
Consent withdrawal
The client has the right to withdraw consent for processing his personal data.
Questions or claim
The client may contact 15 MCs - ellendepaemelaere@gmail.com. In case of great dissatisfaction, it is perhaps better to first consider mutual mediation. A claim should be accompanied by a signature and copy of the identity. 15 MCs usually processes a request within 1 month.
